The Chef's Recommendation
Enrico Bartolini, born in 1979, trained at the Hotel Management School in Montecatini Terme and honed his skills abroad before working with Massimiliano Alajmo. In 2008, he earned his first Michelin star at the restaurant “Le Robinie” in Oltrepò Pavese. In 2010, he moved to Cavenago Brianza, where he earned his second star and received prestigious accolades.
In 2016, he opened his restaurant at the MUDEC in Milan and launched projects in Bergamo, Castiglione della Pescaia, and Venice, earning four Michelin stars in a single year—a record. In 2020, his restaurant at the MUDEC earned three stars, bringing Milan back to the top of the global culinary scene.
In 2023, he reached 12 stars; in 2024, he added two more; and in 2025, he reached 14 Michelin stars, confirming his status as the most-starred chef in Italian history. Today, he is a symbol of Italian culinary excellence, with projects in Italy and abroad.
