We are three siblings who grew up in our grandmother’s kitchen, which we called “home.” The stoves were always on, filling the room with the rich, steamy aromas of slow-cooked dishes. We fell in love with those slow days spent around the table—filled with silence and chatter, card games, and above all, the intimacy and warmth that those lunches and dinners consistently brought to all of us.

In college, we discovered the haute cuisine of the great chefs. A new, mad, exhilarating love that allowed us to explore new frontiers of flavor—so far removed from our grandmother’s cooking, yet so extraordinary and surprising.

From these two pivotal moments in our lives, a desire was born within us to offer everyone the opportunity to savor the contemporary masterpieces of Italy’s greatest Michelin-starred chefs in the comfort of their own homes, with the people they love, in an informal, warm, and exquisitely Italian setting.
