Born in 1979, Christian Milone has outgrown his reputation as a talented young chef. Having run his Trattoria Zappatori in Pinerolo for twelve years now, he has earned his professional maturity and credibility through his achievements, including a well-deserved Michelin star awarded in 2016.
Among his accolades are: the 2012 Birra Moretti Grand Cru Award, the “Top Chef of Tomorrow” Award in the 2013 Touring Club Guide, the Best Truffle Dish Award at Gastronomika 2014, two hats from L’Espresso, and two forks from Gambero Rosso.
He has also been an active member of the Jeunes Restaurateurs d’Europe since 2012, is the author of the bestseller “Odio Cucinare” (Mondadori 2013), and serves as a speaker at the most important international culinary conferences.
