The Capsule Collection is the brand new line of “Prêt à manger” meal kits! Dedicated to those who don't want to give up a great gourmet dish, even if they don't have much time (or desire) to cook. These recipes have one thing in common: a “treasure”, or the finest ingredient from the region they come from, sublimely reinterpreted by Italy's greatest Michelin-starred chefs.

The “treasure” in this recipe is the truffle.

In this capsule, you will find egg tagliatelle, a jar of butter with Norcia truffles, and black truffle caviar to use as a final touch.

It is a recipe that Christian is very fond of, as Norcia is one of his favorite places where he spends time with his beloved horses. The truffle notes impose themselves on the palate, leaving it deliciously surprised and immersed in an enveloping sensory note that lingers on the finish. The truffle caviar not only enhances the dish from an aesthetic point of view, but also exponentially increases the intensity of the aromas.

How do you cook it? Cook the tagliatelle, stir in the truffle butter, and finish with the truffle caviar. And that's it!
