The story of Andrea Larossa

Born in Verbania in 1980, Chef Andrea Larossa grew up in a home steeped in the culinary traditions of his mother’s native Lazio and his father’s native Basilicata… a blend of recipes, flavors, and aromas inextricably linked to the joy of sharing a meal.

He has accumulated a wealth of experience and, convinced that there is something to learn everywhere and from everyone, he began working in a wide variety of kitchens, embarking on a period of training that culminated in his restaurant in Alba receiving a Michelin star—marking his entry into the world of haute cuisine alongside internationally renowned chefs.

Among his many accolades are: two Espresso Hats, a Gambero Rosso Fork, and a Michelin Star awarded in 2017.
