It is a traditional dish from the Langhe region, which Andrea has always loved to revisit in his innovative cuisine. With this recipe, he has managed to make a sauce with powerful ingredients such as pork sausage, Barolo, garlic, and onion elegant and extremely refined. The flavors and aromas of this dish transport you directly to the farms of the Langhe farmers of the 19th century, among vineyards and farmyard animals, where this magnificent recipe was traditionally eaten for Sunday lunch.
