The recipe dates back to 1574 and the table of glassmaker Valerio di Fiandra, who used saffron to give the stained glass windows of Milan Cathedral their special color. The chef has selected the finest ingredients to take you on a unique and unforgettable sensory journey.
Saffron pistils, a superior product of the highest quality, are enhanced by the sweet notes of fine Ecuadorian cocoa. A unique meat broth, handcrafted according to a secret recipe from the early 1900s, delicately envelops all the flavors of the dish.
