The Chef's Recommendation
Born in Milan in 1993, Anna has lived between Milan and Venice, developing a keen sense of cultural integration from a young age. After studying fashion communication and working as a sales manager in the luxury sector, she decided to pursue her true passion: cooking, which she sees as a means of expression and sharing.
Her talent was evident from her very first appearances on MasterChef, where she skillfully blended Chinese traditions—learned from her mother—with Italian cuisine, creating refined and innovative dishes.
The fourteenth season of MasterChef Italia saw Anna triumph not only for her technique but also for her ability to tell her personal story through food and her desire to bridge the gaps between different identities.
After her victory, she published the book “Pentole e Zodiaco” and enrolled in an advanced training course at ALMA, but she has also expressed a desire to explore new horizons, such as television hosting, while keeping cooking at the center of her life.
Her dream is of a “useful and gentle” gastronomy that reflects a world without barriers.
