2 MICHELIN STARS - The GLAM Restaurant is located within the Palazzo Venart luxury hotel in Santa Croce along the Grand Canal, in one of Venice’s most secluded and peaceful corners. Upon crossing the threshold of this marvelous Venetian palace, you find yourself in a secluded courtyard where you can take refuge in the shade of magnolia trees with their sweet and delicate scent. This is where the GLAM Restaurant is located: a simple yet refined setting, designed to accommodate up to 30 guests, enhanced by a highly evocative atmosphere that brings back memories of a bygone Venice.
The restaurant features an intimate and welcoming dining room with a garden overlooking the Grand Canal—the only one of its kind in the city—from which you can glimpse the famous Venice Casino: Palazzo Ca’ Vendramin Calergi. The cuisine is an expression of Venetian gastronomic tradition reimagined with a modern twist, while also offering contemporary culinary options that highlight the extraordinary flavors of the Lagoon.
