Boost the results of your detox with these tips

Recommended foods

Mid-morning and mid-afternoon, you can have a snack of your choice from the following:

  • 1 Cryo-Fruit snack of your choice: strawberry, apple, coconut & melon, or pineapple.
  • 5 walnuts or 10 unsalted almonds or pistachios.
  • 1 tablespoon of raw sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, or sunflower seeds (unsalted).
  • 1 piece of fruit weighing about 150g, chosen from pear, blood orange, pink grapefruit, kiwi, blueberries, raspberries, or blackberries.

Foods to avoid

  • Dried fruit.
  • All packaged grains and baked goods.
  • Honey, maple syrup, and sweets in general.
  • Dairy products (including yogurt).
  • Meat and cured meats.
  • Energy bars, chips, and snacks in general.
  • Added salt and sugar.

Recommended drinks

  • A glass of lukewarm water on an empty stomach every morning.
  • Low-mineral content still water (1.5 to 3 liters per day).
  • Green tea, white tea, weak black tea.
  • Barley coffee, chicory coffee.

Drinks to avoid

  • Alcoholic beverages, non-alcoholic aperitifs.
  • Carbonated beverages.
  • Stimulant beverages (cola, energy drinks, etc.).
  • Coffee and fruit juices.

Physical activity

During the Detox Suite program, you can exercise for up to one hour a day with low-intensity aerobic exercises. In general, physical exercise increases lymphatic flow and circulation to help eliminate toxins through sweating. If necessary, you can supplement this with a packet of mineral salts (magnesium, potassium).

Mental relaxation

It is recommended that you spend 15 minutes a day meditating. Lie down on your bed, place your hands on your lower abdomen, and close your eyes. Breathe in through your nose, counting slowly to 3. Then breathe out just as slowly. Repeat this for the recommended amount of time, focusing your mind on your breath.
