47 years old, graduated from the Hotel School “Carlo Porta” in Milan, he takes his first steps in the kitchens of famous restaurants in Liguria and Sardinia.
In 1995 he joined the Sadler brigade, a starred restaurant in Milan, where he refined himself by perfecting techniques and rigor.
In 1998, he took over the Innocenti Evasioni restaurant in Milan, where he began a journey in search of taste, the environment and high quality service.
In 2007 he became a member of the prestigious Jeunes Restaurateurs d’Europe Association until he held the position of Vice President.
Since 2013 he has published his recipes in the magazine “La Cucina Italiana” (Condé Nast Group) and is resident Chef of the TV program “Detto Fatto” on RAIDUE
Since 2014, he has edited the “Try for you” column in the monthly BAR newspaper published by New Business Media.
Since 2019 he has been a regular guest on the “La prova del Cuoco” broadcast on RAIUNO.
Since 2018 he is project manager of special food events for EuroDisney Paris. He held the role of testimonial and Ambassador brand for large groups such as Grana Padano Consortium, Whirlpool, Electrolux, Swisse (P&G group), Gin Mare, Nespresso, Dysnelad Paris, Jaguar, BOGGI Milano.
