Simone was born in 1985.
As soon as he finished his culinary studies he immediately started working for the great chef Gualtiero Marchesi. He will stay there for two years.
In 2011 he joined the staff of Clandestino, the Sushi Bar of chef Moreno Cedroni, in the bay of Portonovo, in the heart of the Conero.
After two years he moved to Switzerland at the Chalet d’Adrien, a 5-star luxury hotel of the Relais Chateaux chain which houses the La Table d’Adrien restaurant, 1st Michelin star.
He became Executive Chef at the Art de Vivre in Crans Montana and in 2015 Executive Chef at the Spazio7 restaurant in the Re Rebaudengo Contemporary Art Gallery.
In 2016 he opened his XVI Century restaurant.
ONE MICHELIN STAR
