Marc was born in 1968 in a small village on the Italian-French border. He has an incredible experience: he has worked in the kitchens of the greatest international chefs: Alain Ducasse, Christian Morisset, Michel Rostang, Enzo Santin, Annie Feolde, and Paolo Teverini.
He leads his restaurant in the enchanting location of the Castle of Grinzane di Cavour, the historic home of Count Benso di Cavour and for years now at the center of the international panorama as the venue for the Alba White Truffle World Auction.
