Born in Verbania in 1980, Chef Andrea Larossa grew up in a house of a mix of Southern and Nothern Italian traditions. From this union his cuisine was born and developed, full of captivating and unusual flavors and fragrances
He has collected lots of experiences in the most famous and renowned kitchens of the world’s best chefs, which led him to open his first restaurant in Alba (Langhe – Piedmont) and to receive his first Michelin star in 2017.
